For the first time, The University of Oxford's Blavatnik School and the UKs Institute for Government have teamed up to rank the effectiveness of the 31 Civil Services from around the world. Canada's Civil Service tops the rankings and George Ross, CGE Editor in Chief speaks with Sir Simon about the study and the future of the Public Service.
